Operations
Operations takes over from Sales and Supply Chain Services to put the plans into action. They are the contact point for client and supplier operations staff. It is their responsibility to keep our clients’ products and materials flowing through the supply chain. They schedule, dispatch, and monitor product movement. All online updates for activity reports, SuperSearch and Supplier Support originate from the Operations Department.
